By using our website, submitting a financing inquiry, interacting with a participating contractor, or engaging with any lender through our platform, you agree to receive all required disclosures, records, and notices electronically (“Electronic Communications”).

b. Electronic Communications may include, but are not limited to:

• Loan application disclosures, credit decision notices, and truth-in-lending documents
• Agreements, authorizations, and legally required notices
• Updates to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, or other platform policies
• Communications from Dwello, participating lenders, and participating contractors
• Information relating to contractor-provided services connected to your financing request
• Payment reminders, status updates, verification requests, and servicing communications
• IRS Forms such as Form 1099, if applicable

c. You acknowledge and agree that Electronic Communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

a. We may deliver Electronic Communications to you through:

• Email to the email address associated with your Dwello account
• SMS/text message to your mobile telephone number
• Secure website or portal notifications
• Electronic signatures or click-through agreements
• Downloadable PDF or other electronic file formats

b. You agree that we and any participating lender or contractor may use any reasonable electronic method to deliver legally required information.

a. By using the Site, you consent to the use of electronic signatures, electronic records, and electronic contract formation. Your electronic signature or acknowledgment has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.

a. To access and retain Electronic Communications, you must have:

• A device with internet access and a supported browser (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Edge)
• A valid email address and SMS-enabled mobile number
• Ability to receive and open PDFs and other common electronic formats
• Sufficient storage or printing capability to retain records
• You confirm that you have access to the necessary technology and can receive, review, and retain Electronic Communications.

b. If these requirements change materially, Dwello will notify you electronically as permitted by law.

a. You may request a paper copy of any Electronic Communication at support@dwellolending.com. We may charge a reasonable fee unless prohibited by law. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications.

a. You may withdraw your consent to receive Electronic Communications at any time by emailing support@dwellolending.com.

b. However, withdrawing consent may:

• Prevent you from submitting or completing a financing application
• Delay or prevent your ability to obtain a loan through any participating lender
• Limit or terminate your ability to receive updates from contractors regarding financed services
• Result in termination of your Dwello account
• Prevent lenders or contractors from providing servicing-related notices electronically
• Make it impossible for us or a lender to continue providing legally required disclosures
• Affect your eligibility for future use of Dwello’s services

c. Certain lenders may require electronic delivery as a condition of processing or servicing your loan.

d. If you withdraw consent after entering into a loan agreement, the lender may determine—in accordance with your loan contract—whether withdrawal impacts servicing or repayment obligations.

e. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legal validity of Electronic Communications already provided.

a. You agree to keep your email address, mobile number, and contact information current and to notify us immediately of any changes. You may update your information through your Dwello account or by contacting support@dwellolending.com.

b. Failure to maintain current electronic contact information may result in missed notices or delays for which Dwello is not responsible.

a. By proceeding with your application, interacting with a contractor or lender through the Site, or clicking “Agree,” you confirm that:

• You have reviewed this Consent and understand it
• You can access, receive, and retain Electronic Communications
• You consent to the use of electronic signatures and electronic records
• You agree to receive Electronic Communications from Dwello, participating lenders, and participating contractors
• You understand that withdrawing consent may limit or terminate your ability to use the platform or obtain financing
• You acknowledge that Dwello is not a lender, servicer, contractor, or guarantor, and that financing offers and contractor services are provided by third parties
